Construction was completed on this United States Border Station on the Canadian/US Border in Highgate, Vermont without disruption of services to the existing facility. Precise coordination was required to enable the existing operation to continue operation while the new facility was constructed. The project consisted of 5 Vehicle Inspection Booths, 5 Secondary Garage Bays, a Cargo Building,, 2 Bus and Truck  Inspection Booths, an Aphis Building and a Waste Water System. Emergency power for this facility is supplied from two emergency generators capable of powering the complete facility.
